Compatible with all of our power cages, competition bench and floor GHD machines. Simply insert band pegs into the desired location of the rack, then attach latex resistance bands around the peg and the barbell and it's as simple as this to add resistance training to your workout.
As per usual Strength Shop standards, band pegs are finished in our classic matte black powder coating, providing a great finish and even better durability.
