Replacement Inserts for Sandwich J-Hooks
REPLACEABLE J-HOOK INSERTS
The UHMW plastic inserts can be replaced when they have worn down to the point where the barbell would touch the metal parts of the J-hook. They are attached with three 6mm hex key screws and a 17mm cap nut.
These replacements will only fit the 60mm or 75mm Sandwich J-hooks only.
