Our updated Strongman Log is designed to give you more from every lift. It keeps the familiar 32cm outer diameter, but now comes with a 140cm main body, making it fully rack-compatible - perfect for both training and competition settings.

Made from 6mm thick black powder-coated steel, it’s built to handle serious weight while looking sharp. The 32mm knurled handles give you a solid grip, and the 620mm handle spacing supports a strong, comfortable grip position.

The bolt-on loading sleeves make shipping and assembly simpler without sacrificing strength. And to make sure it holds up under pressure, it’s been drop-tested from over 2 meters with 100kg - no problem.

Compatible with our Modular Rack Range, this is a tough, no-nonsense tool for anyone serious about Strongman training.

Safety Use Notice

This log is designed to handle intense use, but safe handling and setup are essential:

• Do not drop directly onto hard concrete or bare floors.
• Always use tyres, crash pads, or dedicated log drop pads/matting to absorb impact and prevent damage to both the equipment and your floor.
• Logs should only be lowered under control—not thrown from overhead.

Following these precautions will extend the life of the equipment and ensure a safer training environment.
