Built for Strongman and functional strength training, the Strength Shop Strongman Sandbags are constructed from 100% Nylon 1050D Cordura for exceptional durability and abrasion resistance. Ideal for sandbag carries, shouldering, loading to platforms, over-yoke work, and conditioning.

Each sandbag uses a double-layer design (outer shell + inner liner) from the same rugged material. Triple-stitched seams, a reinforced Velcro filler flap, and a YKK zipper closure ensure long-lasting performance, even during repeated drops. Avoid sharp edges for maximum lifespan.

Easy Filling

The filler flap opens wide for quick loading. We recommend kiln-dried sand for accurate weights and maximum density.
Alternative fillers like rubber crumb (lighter) or metal/lead shot (heavier) can be used - weight will vary depending on material.

* Material to fill not included. The density and size of the materials being used will affect the loadable weight of the bag. Since the bag can be filled with materials of varying weight such as rubber, lead shot, woodchip, gravel etc., these will all create a different load respectively

** Note that the sandbags are designed to be dropped but not slammed.
