Adjustable in two sizes:
Medium: 5' 8" - 6' 2"; 170 lb. - 250 lb. (77kg - 113kg)
Large: 5' 10" - 7' 0"; 250 - 400 lb. (113kg - 181kg)

Note: If you are between two sizes, we recommend that you buy the larger one, because the harness can be worn loosely.
